Ti’Bouffe engaged our team to develop a motion design video detailing the three essential steps for ordering on their platform: registration, ordering, and delivery. The goal was to make the ordering process clear and engaging for customers.

The deal: Our mission was to create a captivating motion design video that guides users through the key steps of the ordering process, focusing on simplicity and efficiency.

Challenge: Transforming an online ordering process, which might seem mundane, into an attractive and instructive visual experience. The challenge was in the ability to playfully and engagingly illustrate the steps while maintaining the clarity of the information.

What we accomplished:

•       Visual illustration: We designed an animated motion design video, featuring characters and a visual universe to represent the three stages of ordering in a playful and engaging manner. 

o Step 1: Registration: The video starts by explaining how to sign up on the platform in a few clicks, showing the account creation steps simply and intuitively. 

o Step 2: Ordering: It then highlights the process of selecting dishes, adding them to the cart, and customizing orders, while emphasizing the variety and quality of the options available. 

o Step 3: Delivery: The last part illustrates how the meal is carefully prepared and delivered quickly to the customer’s workplace.

•       Simplicity and clarity: Each step is represented simply, clearly, and visually attractively to facilitate understanding and encourage user engagement.
  

This video for Ti’Bouffe not only clarified the ordering process for current and potential customers but also reinforced the brand image of Ti’Bouffe as a convenient, quick, and reliable option for online catering.
